Home-made fish-ball sa-tay


This recipe was taught by my dorm-mate when we wanted to sell something at our hostel food-fair way back when John Travolta was a new sensation. We called our stall, the "Splendid Stall"; that's when the word splendid was a new word, and sounded so, so.. splendid!

Gaulkan dan kemudian buat bebola:

Isi ikan kembung
Sedikit kelapa parut
Sedikit daun kesum yang dihiris
Sedikit bawang kisar
Garam secukup rasa

Goreng sehingga kuning, dan cucuk dengan lidi ala satay. Makan dengan sos cili.

Gambar di atas diambil sehari sebelum raya baru-baru ni setelah mak Embak request, dah lama tak makan fish ball along.
