Serai aka lemongrass |
For tumisan:
6 stalks of lemongrass, slightly bruised
2 tbsp ghee
cinnamon,star anise, cardamon and cloves
1" fresh ginger, ground
Seasoning:
salt
1 chicken cube (optional)
I have tried the recipe on two occassions, and both times, the rice was well received, Alhamdulillah. Best served warm with chicken/beef rendang and some vegetable pickles.
